Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments made through the website relate only to company services, such as property advertising or other approved real estate services.
• Advertising fees do not represent payment for buying, selling or renting any property and are not a property deposit or reservation payment.
• Advertising packages become active after the advertisement has been reviewed, approved and activated.

A customer may request cancellation of an advertising service before the advertisement is approved and published. The company will review the request status and any work already completed before confirming cancellation or refund eligibility.

Once an advertisement has been approved and published, or an approved service has started, advertising fees are generally non-refundable because publication or promotion services have already begun.

• An advertisement is rejected before publication for technical reasons.
• The service cannot be activated because of company approval requirements.
• A duplicate or incorrect charge can be verified.
• The paid service does not start because of a company or payment-system error.

Email info@isellz.com with the customer's name, phone number, listing or order number, transaction reference and reason for the request. Do not send the full card number or security code. The company will review the request and communicate its decision using the registered contact details.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method in accordance with UAE regulations and the procedures of the payment gateway provider and issuing bank. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary according to the bank or card network processing cycle.
